We’re so excited to share this fun DIY from our embroiderer, Patti! Patti recently held a bridal shower for her oldest daughter Tara, who will be getting married in January (some more fun wedding DIYs from Patti are in the works!). Since the wedding will be held at Normandy Farms in Blue Bell, PA – the theme of the shower was “rustic and shabby chic”, which goes hand-in-hand with the wedding venue ambiance!

As a favor to all of the shower guests, Patti and her daughters whipped up this amazing lemon sea salt shower scrub! And the ladies at BBH were lucky enough to receive some extras from the shower – thanks Patti!

Not only does it smell delicious, but the little jars they were packaged in were so cute and we love the creative display table at the shower with the chalkboard “From Tara’s Shower to Yours” sign. This scrub would make a great hostess, birthday, baby shower, or new mom gift! And it’s super easy to make – Patti was nice enough to share the recipe with us : )

Lemon Sea Salt Scrub:

1 part coconut oil to 2 parts sea salt

Lemon zest from one lemon

10 drops of pure essential lemon oil
