NEW YEAR, NEW GOALS – OUR 2013 RESOLUTIONS

As the holidays wrap up and the decorations come down, it’s time to celebrate the New Year! It’s always refreshing to welcome in a new year, and set new goals for yourself for some motivation.
Whether it’s a resolution to join a gym this month or vowing to spend more time outside or call out of town friends on a regular basis, write it down and hang it up on a bulletin board or on your desk or computer – somewhere where you can see it everyday and be reminded to keep working towards your goal.
Here at BBH, we’ve each made some New Year’s goals to help us make 2013 the best year yet…
Colleen: One of my personal goals this year is to exercise and meditate in the morning before the kids wake up, and to run the Broad Street 10 miler!
Liz: This year I want to finally start my own blog, which I’ve wanted to do for a while. I’m really excited to get it started! Also, a goal of mine is to eat healthier and get to the gym more.
Becky: My goals for the year are: 1. Run the Bucks 5k Series this spring (7 races over a period of about 12 weeks) 2. Learn how to play my new ukelele!
Shukran: My main goal for this coming year is to eat better and exercise regularly!
Lauren: My resolution is to have a successful volleyball season and a great freshman year at college this fall!
