Many of you may have noticed a favorite ribbon missing from your personalized burp cloths selection – the polka dots! Through our survey, we gained some insight into the quality of the polka dot ribbons and unfortunately, we have temporarily discontinued ALL of the polka dot ribbons until we have the quality issue sorted out. Customer feedback is crucial to our business and we so appreciate those of you who brought this issue to our attention!

But don’t worry, they’ll be back! We’re working hard to find a high quality replacement for our customers. Your happiness with Baby Be Hip products is our number one priority, so we want to provide you with the highest quality product, and we’ll be sure to notify our customers when the polka dots are back in stock.

Our signature packaging still remains the same with the blue and pink polka ribbon, as that is purely decoration and doesn’t cause an issue with functionality.

If you’re a regular polka dot customer, and looking for something similar, we still have a wide variety of great ribbon choices! We love the gingham pattern (red, blue, or pink) or the navy stripes (navy/lime/white or navy/pink/green) for that classic preppy look. Or how about mixing it up with some colorful jungle animals or adorable ladybugs?!

For several gift sets that include polka dot ribbons (like the Classic Dotty Set or Ships Ahoy Bucket Set among others) we’ll be substituting a similar style ribbon that coordinates with the color combination of the set and we will notify you of this when we process your order. Don’t forget, you can always choose the “decide for me” option and we’ll pick out the ribbons for you and create a great set!
