We often get asked by our customers lots of great questions about our products and services, so we want to take some time to share the questions and answers for any future references! You can also check out our FAQ page here with some additional questions and answers.

Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: Our typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days, however that does not apply to any ceramic orders which are typically a 2-3 week turnaround time as they will ship directly from the artist. If you live in our around our Horsham office, you can always pickup your order for fast turnaround (next business day) as part of our Local pickup program! 

Q: What order does the monogram go in and how should I type it on the order?

A: The traditional monogram appears in the order of: first initial (left), last initial (larger, and in the center), and middle initial (right). For all monogrammed items, we recommend you type the initials in that order to ensure they are embroidered correctly. If you are unsure, you can always put the baby’s full name in the comments section and we can use that for reference, or if you would prefer a different format (all initials straight across in the order of first, middle, last) you can put that in the comments section as well!

Q: Can I requests specific thread colors or a color scheme I don’t see for my order?

A: Of course! We can always customize your order so it is exactly how you would like. If you would like to coordinate thread colors for burp cloths or another product, or request a specific color scheme you don’t see on the dropdown menu, feel free to put your requests in the comments section and we will work with you to create something great!

Q: Do you ever include receipts with the orders?

A: We never include an invoice or receipt of any kind with our orders! Since most of the gifts are shipping directly to the recipient, we do not include anything with prices.

Q: How does your referral program work?

A: We love when customers help spread the word about us, so we want to thank you with a special treat! If you refer a friend, family member, colleague, etc. to Baby Be Hip and they become a new customer, have them put your name in the “How Did You Hear About Us?” box at checkout.
