A: Our typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days, however that does not apply to any ceramic orders which are typically a 2-3 week turnaround time as they will ship directly from the artist. If you live in
Q: What order does the monogram go in and how should I type it
A: The traditional monogram appears in the order of: first initial (left), last initial (larger, and in the center), and middle initial (right). For all monogrammed items, we recommend you type the initials in that order to ensure they are embroidered correctly. If you are unsure, you can always put the baby’s full name in the comments section and we can use that for reference, or if you would prefer a different format (all initials straight across in the order of first, middle, last) you can put that in the comments section as well!
