Poor customer...
The gift sets have been great in the past. This order had a mix-up and I can’t get a phone call from anyone even after emailing them and asking for one. We have always used baby be hip for our friends and extended family gifts, but after this, I think we are going to have to find something new. I am very disappointed in their lack of customer service when there is an issue.
