Your website said I would received notification and a photo of the finished product when I arrived. I got neither. I understand from the recipient that the burb cloths were lovely.

I have reached out to you in two separate emails to cancel my second order and there has been no response.
I only placed a 2nd order after I got two emails saying come back to place my order and there’s still items in my cart. After seeing these emails, I thought my original order did not go through so I placed another order. But I was incorrect after realizing it on my credit card statement.
I did not want two orders and I should not have received misleading emails to finish placing my order. It’s very manipulative.
Once I realized the mistake, I tried calling the company. They don’t take calls so I sent an email. No response. I sent another email. Still no response. This is very poor customer service.
I want to be refunded for one set of burb cloths because this was an error on your end.

If you have never tried baby P hips, personalize, burp cloths you should. They are a very high-quality product with adorable trim that can be personalized. You could have initials or names of your baby on it. All of their products arrive in a timely manner and nicely put together.
